1. Providence Marketplace is an 850,000 square foot retail development and the largest retail development between Nashville and Knoxville, Tennessee. Sitting just off of Interstate I-40 and Mt. Juliet Road, Providence Marketplace has attracted such retailers and restaurants as Belk, Best Buy, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Dick's porting Goods, Providence Cinemas and JC Penney to name just a few. 2. Providence Commons is a 200,000 square foot retail development that sits just South of and beside Providence Marketplace. With Publix as its main tenant, Providence Commons now boast many new businesses including Sonic.
3. The Paddocks is located just off of Interstate I-40 and Mt. Juliet Road and is one of Mt. Juliet's newest retail developments. Upon complete build-out Paddocks will consist of more than one million square feet of retail and dining opportunities. With Wal-Mart and Lowe's as it's main tenants in phase one, Paddocks is only going to get better over time. Cheddar's is only one of the places to eat and dine at Paddocks.
4. Mt. Juliet Village located on the North side of Mt. Juliet and just off of Lebanon Road is another great shopping and dining location. Consisting of nearly 91,000 square feet of retail space, Mt. Juliet Village is also home to Publix as its main tenant. Mt. Juliet Village sits within Mt. Juliet’s highest residential density district and at the intersection of Mt. Juliet Road, which is Mt. Juliet’s main North/South corridor.
